Quince Tarte Tatin

This listing is simply a reference for a perfect recipe from David Lebovitz. The poached quince on its own is fabulous for many applications, but put into the tart with Mr. Lebovitz’s pastry, it is sublime. I can do nothing more but to say that when you turn the tart out of the pan, think positive and move quickly.
