Best Friend Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cookies
These are dog cookies, but they are made from all human ingredients so you could have one too if you like. Or you can make regular Peanut Butter Cookies for yourself 🙂 Thanks to my friend Heather and her four-legged fellow, Seamus, for sharing the recipe.3 cups/750 g whole wheat flour
1- 14 oz can (regular size) of pure pumpkin puree
3 tbsp/45 g peanut butter
1tsp/ 5 mL cinnamon
Beat all ingredients together. Stir in some love 🙂 Roll out dough on a slightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness…cut into desired shapes, bite size pieces or using your favorite cookie cutter.
Preheat oven to 400F / 200C and bake cookies until hard, about 30 min depending on the size and thickness you roll them out to. Let cool. Shelf life if kept airtight is 10-12 days but they also freeze really well.
